Stop saying it and JUST DO IT.✅ people ask how I’m so motivated, it’s because I’m consistent, I train 3-4x a week without fail, sleep enough, eat what is good for me. I’m in a routine that I am used too,  ☝️ you may have to force yourself and cry about it the first few weeks, but once a habit is formed, it’s hard to kick it. Keep going, be consistent and you’ll become who you want to be.👊
